Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Sell flexible packaging products and services to new customers within the designated market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new accounts to ensure continued success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor packaging solutions to client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales within the flexible packaging industry or a related field is welcomed but not necessary.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A track record of successfully bringing in new accounts and generating business.
